Experimental Video Reel from Ty Bowman

Spanning 35 years, this six minute video chronicles the artist's use of cameras and more recently computers in the making of visual art. The primary question he asks is how do camera's "see" and how do computers "think" or process images in the context of making visual art? How does that compare to our own human experience? Some of the tools used were film and digital cameras, Processing--a computer language, Arduino microcontrollers and the Kinect sensor.
